  • What is Robb Vices?
    Robb Vices is a membership program centered on a monthly delivery of storied treasures. Every month brings a fresh collection of incredible products and experiences that have been curated for your enjoyment. The story of these products is told through a keepsake booklet to help you discover what they are all about. The delivery will be the best gift you’ve received in a while, it will make you smile, and it will happen on a monthly basis.

  • What exactly will I receive in each Box?
    The vices that we bring to you are the ones that bring the best virtues out of you when properly enjoyed. Every month is a new surprise which may bring you exceptional wines and spirits to enjoy, foods to taste, tools, toys, accessories, and gadgets that are worthy of your ownership. Each reflects an area of the good life that will make for the highlight of your month.

  • When can I expect my Robb Vices to arrive?
    Robb Vices ships around the second week of each month. Sign up by the 1st of the month to receive that month’s box. Because of the nature of the products in the box, we do not necessarily ship on the same day of each month. However, once a package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. We require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the package upon receipt for any of our boxes containing alcohol. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have packages delivered to an address with a doorman or business.

  • How do I purchase a Robb Vices membership as a gift?
    To purchase a membership as a gift, simply input the recipient’s shipping information, including name and email address, in the box entitled "Shipping Address" when you are checking out. If you don’t know the recipient's shipping information, simply input your own and you can update it later. We’ll send you an email with the details of the membership that you can print or forward to the lucky person, notifying them of the great gift you just gave them!

  • How do I change my address for a subscription I’ve purchased or received as a gift?
    Simple. Just log on to your account at members.robbvices.com and updated the information there or email us with your new address details at support@robbvices.com

  • Are there membership benefits?
    Members receive preferred pricing from incredible brands, unique offers, VIP access to unique experiences and exclusive access to Robb Vices events.


  • Will I see what is in the box before it ships?
    That would ruin the surprise! Robb Vices is a discovery experience. Our mission is to always exceed your expectations and to keep the moment of reveal very special.

  • Who sources the products featured in Robb Vices?
    We have a team of curators who are passionate about the products and services that make up the good life. We are constantly on the lookout for the unique items that are worthy of your time and enjoyment.

  • Can I recommend products Robb Vices should feature?
    Absolutely. We would love to hear from you. We have found great products that came as suggestions from our members. We have also found that many of our members make some pretty incredible things and they at times find their way into the box as well.


  • When will my product be shipped?
    Orders ship via Fedex around the second week of the month and are typically delivered within three to seven business days, depending on your shipping address. In the event of extreme weather, your product may be held until it is safe to ship.

  • How does shipping work?
    Products are shipped via Fedex and often require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the product upon receipt. If no adult is available to sign for the product, the product will not be delivered and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that a delivery was attempted. After three attempts, the package will be returned. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have the products delivered to a business address. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible.

  • Should I ship to my home or work address?
    The office is the best way to go. This ensures that there is always someone to accept your package on your behalf. As boxes that include alcohol require an adult signature, this makes getting your box on time easier.

  • What if I need to change my address mid shipment?
    Unfortunately with the adult signature requirement, we are usually unable to changes the location the package is being shipped once it hits the mail stream. With that said, reach out to us if you are concerned about delivery and we will do our best to make sure your delivery makes it to the proper address. A good alternative is to contact Fedex with your tracking number and request that the package be routed to a nearby Fedex location.

  • Where can you ship products?
    The Robb Vices service is available in most states. Because our deliveries often include alcohol, we are not taking new membership in the following states: AL, ND, and UT. Should you have any connections with politicians or lobbyist in those states who can change their laws, we welcome the conversation!

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. When your product is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. If your delivery is going to a home address, we suggest that you use this information to arrange a timely delivery.

  • What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
    Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to go live on a common courier’s system from the time you receive your shipment notification email. If your tracking number has not become live after that time, please email us and we will be happy to investigate.

  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is estimated based on the distance traveled and will be quoted at checkout.

  • Can I return my order?
    We do not accept returns. However, we are committed to member satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, please let us know. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please email us. If we can make it right, we will.

  • What if my product is damaged?
    We are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with Robb Vices. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, contact us at support@robbvices.com and we’ll make it right.


  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • Can I purchase a product over the phone?
    At this time, we’re only taking orders online.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    Yes. We do everything in our power to make sure that your information is secure.

  • Where is the card security code located on my credit card?
    On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, the three digit number is located on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express cards, the four digit number is located on the front of the card above the credit card number.

  • When will I be charged for my order?
    You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase, and afterwards on the 25th of every month.

  • I purchased my membership with a coupon code, why does my account show the full rate?
    The page at http://members.robbvices.com reflects the list price, but currently does not display the coupons that are applied on the backend. Please check your credit account to ensure you are billed properly and if not please reach out.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?
    Sales tax charges vary depending on the product being purchased and the shipping address you provide.


  • How does auto-renewal work?
    All of our subscriptions are designed to auto-renew. After your initial term has completed, your account will automatically renew for the same duration unless you change your subscription level or cancel before the renewal. Gift subscriptions also auto-renew. To change your subscription, log in to members.robbvices.com, go to "Your Subscriptions" and click "Edit". For additional questions about auto-renewals, please contact us at support@robbvices.com.


  • How can I cancel?
    Please log in to http://members.robbvices.com. Under "Your Subscription", you can choose to edit your membership, including cancel. Please note that if you cancel after the last day of the month, you will still receive the next scheduled box. Cancelling your subscription will cancel the next renewal. If you have a prepaid subscription, we will continue to ship any remaining shipments in your plan unless you notify us otherwise, at support@robbvices.com. Any refunds offered will be net of the amount for boxes that have already shipped.
